both as insolvency bodies in accordance with the previous legislation,
and as administrative y legal experts in civil and criminal matters.

We have given guidance as lawyers to the debtor,
in both the pre-insolvency phase and during the whole proceedings.

In 2012, with the new insolvency regulation taking effect,
forcing the formation of professional companies for the development of Insolvency Administrator activity,
